Decent and affordable stay in Safaga with private beach

- The room was cleaned every day - We were given a bottle of water in the room daily - Beach/pool towels were provided, free of charge

The internet connection in the room was a bit unreliable (which was actually indicated beforehand).

Mr Zakarya, the Receiption Manager, was a great welcoming person, he welcomed us and upgraded our residence from all inclusive soft drinks to hard drinks For FREE as a wedding gift, the place is a great Value for money

There was an alcoholic and non-alcoholic discussion in the reservation. Since we checked in at night, we went to our room with the stress of it, and then they fixed this problem.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The beach is sandy and clean. The restaurant outdoor area and bar is enjoyable.

The facility was much older than expected that it needs complete renovation, else the rest was very good. Adding more variety to the meals would be better, however it was okay and the staff were very friendly.

All Stuff there are super nice and friendly, Food is good, Location is great.

The Hotel Management should take care of the following:- - Rooms doors is not good at all because it is not completely lock as it might get some insects from the door frame. - The smell of the Garden water is horrible as when they watering the garden, you will smelling a bad smell. - Handle of changing power cables is not professional as they completely cut the electricity for about 2 hours during the Noon from the whole hotel rooms to change the main power source cable as the hotel should have more than power source and a generator to keep the hotel up and running during the maintenance window.

the beach was really nice, staff are friendly and professional, it was a nice stay and good value for money, Salads are remarkably good

Breakfast needs improvement, also chefs at breakfast aren't very professional, you are allowed only one bottle of water daily, dispensers aren't enough so u always drink hot water, no kettle in the rooms which is really weird

The place, the food quality, the use of glass glasses and less plastic!!

The night show......was nothing!! Just nice a customer from Argentinien singing and the belly dance night. The music never acord to people want to dance. Also discJ has to lern what customers like not what himself like!!. The restaurant outside need more shadow places

I didn’t like anything about the property it was very poorly...

I didn’t like anything about the property it was very poorly furnished nothing like the pictures.

There were no kettle in the rooms no service in the rooms and they rate themselves as a 4 star resort. The food in the restaurant at lunch and dinner was miserable. And we were trapped we couldn’t have any food delivered to the resort and there was nothing nearby when we asked for the manager at around 10 pm we were told he was asleep.

Relaxing hotel, it was really a paradise.

The beach was a fabulous sandy beach, food was excellent and well varied. The room was clean and the hotel as well. The pool was well relaxing one. Nice animation team.

The tv was a little out of date and a small one (14 inches), the reception and the restaurant must be more well conditioned.

Everything in this hotel is engineered to cut costs to the point that it gets annoying. They turn off the air conditioning exactly after meal times and the guests would keep sweating while they finish their food. Everything was more than perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. Hospitality is amazing in this place and special thanks to Mr. Zakarya for all his efforts, it was my husband’s birthday and they made us very nice decorations in the room and brought us a very delicious birthday cake. Beach is amazing and almost all rooms are near to the beach. Animation team are very friendly as well.

Breakfast was very good and delicious food I found much different kinds of food and all was very very good by the way I want to send my regards to the chef because he is very good one.. I liked the view of room it was very nice, quiet and very clean room..the sea was very nice and amazing for swimming also.. All people who working there very nice all of them have nice smile all the time and that gives u good mood thanks for all ..they have also nice show everyday and different u can join time after dinner daily..
